Why can't I sync my Quicken with Online banking?

I suggested that there might be better help with connecting my banking to my Quicken.
I have not been able to download and merge the 2 together. Probably my inability to understand it, but would be nice if somehow there would be an online help.

Also think this site is a great idea!

    Hi Sue!

    When you log into online banking, there is an option on the left hand side called "FinanceWorks". This is a new tool to help integrate online banking with Quicken, and is in fact powered by Quicken. If you click "FinanceWorks", it will bring you to a screen where you can demo this feature, and even take a tour. Hopefully this works!

    If you're experiencing a different problem, let me know and we can try to sort out the next steps.
